After many years working as a graphic designer, KAREN came to realize that HER passion for design and beautiful architecture would propel HER into a successful career as a renovator and Realtor.
Karen always felt she had a gift for reading people, recognizing their style and understanding what would make them happy in their home. As an artist, she feels that space is very important and that color has a huge impact on that space. “Someone may simply feel peaceful in a house, or it might remind them of a certain time in their life.” Karen loves to go on a search for a house, come up with ideas to make it special, implement those designs and then turn the keys over to a happy buyer.
“It has been incredibly rewarding and satisfying to marry my design skills with my vision to see the potential in making a house a home. I love to see the look on my customer’s faces when their house has been transformed into something they could only imagine.”
Custom florals, curated antiques, fabrics and furniture all lend themselves to her unique style, her eye for art and her expertise of color.
