Sassy Sassafras

The owner of this two bedroom 1980’s condo, wanted to update her kitchen on a very slim budget. We simply opened up a few non-load bearing walls, built a simple but functional peninsula, installed luxury vinyl flooring, painted the existing cabinets and replaced old laminate countertops with quartzite. The homeowner went on to a few “big box” stores and replaced light fixtures and did some personal touches and she could not have been happier with the results. Staying within her smaller budget worked perfectly for this client!
